These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Mernyth software application, website, and any related services offered by Mernyth. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

5. User Content:
You may create, upload, or submit content to the Services ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Services, you grant Mernyth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, translate, create derivative works of, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with the Services.

MERNYTH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE. YOU AGREE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability:
MERNYTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF MERNYTH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Termination:
Mernyth may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, or no reason. Mernyth may also terminate these Terms at any time by providing you with notice.

9. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mernyth regarding your use of the Services.

11. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver:
No waiver of any provision of these Terms by Mernyth shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
